From idea to production, through the CAD

PATTERNMAKING: department for grading model realization. In this department technology is adapted to customers’ needs and thanks to the experience gained we can combine style and technology.

CAD: the software used by Formificio Milanese Team, a group specialized in the production of shoe lasts, supports the designer in mould creation, in the achievement of coordinated developments, in toe cap adjustment on lasts for safety shoes and in changes required by customers. Data can be sent to all project partners for shoe mould, upper and sole creation.



Style, technology and comfort merge naturally, no element obstructs the others; this can be achieved only with the skill and the experience gained by FMT.
DEVELOPMENT: developments, profile creation, measurement tables, ring closing controls can be anticipated thanks to the perfect scanning of the model, enabling in this way to considerably shorten the time for the manufacturing of the different parts, without the need to wait for the physical item.
